Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00, with advance notice of arrival time. Arrivals between 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. incur an additional charge of €35, while after 10:00 p.m. check-in is possible only by arrangement with the property and at an additional cost. Check-out by 10:00 am.

Living in the historic center will allow you to explore the city on foot or by bicycle, get lost in Como's narrow streets, and be taken by surprise when you suddenly see the lake just around the corner. Thanks to its unique location, Alessia's Place is one of the few places in the historic center just 100 meters from the parking lots and 500 meters from the train station. You can easily discover the surrounding area, ancient lakeside towns, mountains, beaches, and the modern cities of Milan and Lugano.
