The place

I created Alessia's Place to offer something I could not find in Como: accommodation with the luxury of a hotel and the comfort and hospitality that only a real apartment can offer, with a network of services spread out for you to experience the city as I do.

Just as when someone asks me to describe myself, and I know who I am so deeply that I don't know where to begin, in the same way I feel that it is not easy for me to describe Alessia's Place. I was fascinated by that big old house, long abandoned, that needed someone to see its beauty and bring it back to life. It took me many months to carry out a thorough renovation: I chose and loved every detail: the old brass faucets, the exquisite stucco, the antique cabinets, the luxurious showers, the view of the old houses, the walls done in a traditional, thick way to ensure a quiet space, cool in summer and warm in winter.

My suites are located in an old building in the historic center of Como, charming with its traditional workshops and fashion ateliers, a short walk from the lake and the Duomo, easily accessible by any means. We are close to one of my favorite places in Como, Piazza Volta, full of small restaurants and glamorous bars, where locals used to meet
